When Meghan Chiampa was little she wanted to be either a writer, cartoonist or a paleontologist. She never planned on being an artist professionally.

After happily dropping out of high school at 17, Meghan attended UMass Boston for undergrad and earned a BA in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and was constantly seen on the Dean's List and at the Wit's End Cafe. She worked as a poetry and fiction editor for Watermark throughout college. After UMass she decided to explore he love of computers and digital art and recently obtained a certificate in Web Design from UMass Lowell. Currently she is deciding whether or not to go to graduate school for Creative Writing or Computer Science (video game design) or just hang around the Island of Cambridge.

Meghan is the editor for the indie music magazine: The Deli Magazine - New England and freelance designs and writes when she has the time. She has a cat named Dice.
